Cancellation Policy for Vantage360

At Vantage360, we value transparency and aim to provide a seamless experience for our users. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and procedures for managing subscriptions and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Cancellation Process

Users can cancel their subscription to Vantage360 at any time by accessing their account settings and selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option.

2. Cancellation Timing and Billing Cycle

Cancellations will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain full access to Vantage360 services until the cycle concludes.

Please note that cancellations made during a billing cycle are not eligible for prorated refunds. Access to services will continue until the current subscription term ends.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have already commenced their billing cycle. For pre-paid plans, refunds will only be considered within the first 14 days of subscription, subject to the terms of our refund policy.

4. Trial Periods

Users on a free trial can cancel their subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If no cancellation occurs, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the conclusion of the trial.

5. Policy Modifications

Vantage360 reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through in-app notifications to ensure users are informed.
